What happens when you call
No sales runaround. We'll ask a few quick questions, answer whatever you're wondering about, and set up a free inspection if it's helpful.
What you'll get
An honest assessment of your roof and, if you want it, a written quote. Whether you move forward is entirely up to you.
Storm damage?
Active leaks and hail damage get priority. We'll document everything for your insurer and can meet your adjuster on-site.
Areas we serve
We serve Georgetown and the surrounding parts of Williamson County. That covers Sun City, Berry Creek, Serenada, and Wolf Ranch on the Hill Country side west of I-35, Old Town and the downtown square, Teravista and the Westinghouse Road corridor to the south, and the acreage north and east toward Weir, Walburg, and Jarrell. Not sure if you're in our area? Just call and we'll let you know.
One thing worth checking before you call anyone: whether your address is actually inside the Georgetown city limits. It matters, because the City requires a $60 permit for any new roof inside the limits and your contractor has to be registered with the City before it will be issued. Plenty of properties with a Georgetown mailing address sit outside. The City publishes an address checker for exactly this question, and we check it as part of the inspection so nobody finds out the awkward way.
What happens when you call
No script, and no appointment setter. You get a person, you describe what you are seeing, and we work out whether it is worth someone coming out. If it is, we schedule the inspection.
At the inspection we get on the roof, photograph what we find, and give you one of three answers: it is fine and here is why, it needs a repair and here is what that costs, or it needs replacing and here is the written number. A fair number of Georgetown roofs we look at after an April storm are in the first category, and we would rather tell you that than sell you something. Nobody calls you afterward either way.
